Our goal is to work closely with each individual CRNA to locate an assignment that meets his or her specific need. Here at Certified Anesthesia Providers we strongly believe that by listening to the CRNA and by designing a marketing strategy that focuses on the CRNA’s availability we are able to ensure a good fit.

All hospitals and healthcare facilities have agreed to pay a placement fee for our services so there is never any cost to the CRNA. Most hospitals and healthcare facilities provide competitive salaries or hourly wages, lodging, travel and meal per diem.

Certified Anesthesia Providers will assist you with the necessary job description, credentialing and licensure applications, lodging and travel arrangement, and any information required to make reporting to each assignment a smooth transition.

1. Completed Application and Contract
2. Curriculum Vitae
3. 3 written Letters of Reference or complete the provided forms
4. 1 CRNA and 1 MDA we can obtain a verbal reference from
5. License, recertification, ACLS, BCLS, diplomas, current photo
6. TB and immunization records
